My story is simple. I'm five foot two with a lot of attitude - not that you care to know.
No two stories are the same even if they are told twice by the same person. Throughout my 23 years of life, the misconception of story telling would always be my downfall. Now you're probably thinking too deep into it and questioning my use of the word "downfall". That's right, my downfall. My life has always been cupcakes and unicorns, sweet and mythical. However, if you ask me tomorrow I may have a different analogy. I'm sure you are already forming your opinion on me and that's fine - hope it's a good one.
Like a story, no two opinions are the same. Our reaction to the words "different" and "change" are like no other. We are scared. We are scared of the unknown. The thought of change can scare the sh*t out of us. As a 90's baby, I believe I grew up during a great time. It's like the Enlightenment period all over again. There has been so much progression: culturally, technologically and education wise. Of course, we are FAR from perfect. I mean far as in the distance from here to the sun. That's a whopping 96 million miles. Anyhow, as Drake said: WHAT A TIME TO BE ALIVE. We are a part of something unique. Within this unique state of being we are challenged to be different and adapt to active world around us. Food for thought...
If you're still reading, I'm sure you can tell this is my first blog and I'm slowly running out of words. I'm naturally a strong writer but when it comes to length it's just not quite there (that's what she said). Bare with me through the struggle and you'll see it'll all pay off.
